This shopping mall considered the largest shopping mall in the holy city of Madinah, sits on an area of 300,000 m2. The mall consists of a hypermarket, 14 anchor stores, food court area, fun zone area and retail shops for a total built up area of 100,000 m2 in addition to a parking area surrounding the mall for more than 3000 cars. This mall is expected to become one of the landmarks of the holy city of Madinah that is visited every year by millions of people from all over the world. The time frame of 13 months in which this project was completed emphasizes FSA’s capability and resources.
