FSA is entrusted with the construction and execution of The Development and Improvement of the Urban Environment for the Justice Palace Area (Phase 2) in Riyadh. This encompasses enhancing building facades and shops along several streets, including Al-Suwailem Street, Sheikh Muhammad bin Ibrahim Street, Al-Thumairi Street, Imam Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab Street, King Faisal Street, King Fahd Road, Al-Batha Street, and Al-Madina Al-Munawarah Road. Specific tasks for FSA involve incorporating sidewalks, landscaping, loading and unloading parking lots, pedestrian crossings, traffic signs, road markings, and the relocation of catch basins. Additionally, FSA will be responsible for developing public parking, afforestation, and improvements to street lighting. The project aims to eliminate distortions on Al-Thumairi Street, refurbish pavement, upgrade street lighting and furniture, and expand the plaza surrounding Al-Musmak Palace. FSA will also oversee the enhancements to Al-Adl Square (Justice Plaza) and the surrounding streets, including the removal of asphalt layers and the installation of colored cement tiles.

FSA is responsible for 100% design completion, obtaining permits, and ensuring compliance. Divided into two segments, Segment 1 includes cycle and pedestrian paths, rest areas, and planting. The project requires coordination, validation plans, and as-built records, with a focus on safety and timely completion within budget constraints.

SAPTCO Level III Housing

Project Description

Considered at the time one of the biggest housing projects, it was completed in 18 months using cast-in-place and pre-cast concrete. The 18 multi storey building consist of apartments and other service buildings covering an area of 23000 m2

The original contract amount of this housing project for Saudi Arabian Public Transport Co. (SAPTCO) was around SR 80 Million, during the construction period a dining hall and some external and internal works were added which raised the contract amount to SR 101 Million.

Makka – Madinah Expressway Section V

Project Description

This section extends over a length of 50Km and contains 24 bridges and interchanges most of them spanning deep in the valleys. The scope of work was the design of precast girders, procurement of moulds and technical know- how of introducing the precast segmental system plus the complete prestressing work and the erection of precast girders over the deep valleys for which the special technique of launching beams was introduced.

Improvement of Jamarat & Surrounding Area

Project Description

This four level segmental bridge with access ramps, service buildings and helipad towers is designed to carry the heavy flow of pilgrims during the holy period of Hajj. Each level of the bridge is composed of three ellipses and a passage extending over 600m with a variable span of 60m to 100m. In addition, each level of the bridge deck is composed of 1260 concrete precast segments that weigh between 44 and 60 tons. FSA scope of work includes the lifting and erection of precast segments using specially designed movable lifting devices, 70 tons capacity in addition to all prestressing, horizontal jacking, and geometry adjustment works. The technical parameters of the project and the deployed resources to achieve the works within the limited time make this project one of the most contemporary challenging constructions
