The project consists of refurbishing 28,000 m² of the historical Nasseriyah Reception Palace which is more than 50 years old.

Our scope of work includes the design/build of the new architectural and interior design finishes, upgrading and refurbishment of the electro-mechanical systems, addition of new elevators, industrial kitchen, laundry, furniture, linen wares and accessories, and improvement of approximately 5,000 m² of external works (landscape/fountains/gate house).
