FSA is redesigning the basement of Zone C (Two levels car parking) due to change of the buildings on top of it from 4 stories to 6 or more.

Transferred slab structure proposed at top slab of the basement to allow for receiving any grid of columns on top of it for the upper buildings.

Also FSA is redesigning the basement of Block D (Car Parking two levels) to allow it to work independently from Zone C Basement.

King Salman Park – Visitors Pavilion

Visitors Pavilion at King Salman Park

One of the first developments in the masterplan for the vision of the KSP, the Visitors Pavilion will be sitting at the heart of the KSP site. Floating above the scheme and supported by diamond shaped concrete columns, a monolithic, in-situ, concrete roof 160x 100m, almost the size of a two football pitches, shades the courtyard and terraces.

SAPTCO Level III Housing

Project Description

Considered at the time one of the biggest housing projects, it was completed in 18 months using cast-in-place and pre-cast concrete. The 18 multi storey building consist of apartments and other service buildings covering an area of 23000 m2

The original contract amount of this housing project for Saudi Arabian Public Transport Co. (SAPTCO) was around SR 80 Million, during the construction period a dining hall and some external and internal works were added which raised the contract amount to SR 101 Million.

Jeddah TV Complex

Project Description

The project located on King Khaled Street with a total Built up area of 11500 m2 comprises of main building that includes administrative offices, studios and control rooms equipped with top of the line production, broadcasting, lighting and rigging systems.

The project is distinguished by spread structures such as floated and isolated studios and control rooms resting on special springs and long span pretressed slabs and steel trusses.

The complex also includes a transmission tower 150m high comprising of cast-in-place concrete for the first 112m covered with decorative artificial stone cladding topped by a glazed Dome for the restaurant and VIP lounge and steel structure for the remaining 38m carrying the transmission antennas.
