The Riyadh Metro project is the largest metro project in the region. It is divided in to three (3) packages and Package 3 was awarded to FAST Riyadh Metro Alliance. The FAST Riyadh Metro Alliance is a consortium comprising multi-national groups known in their respective field of expertise that includes FCC, SAMSUNG, C&T, STRUKTON, FREYSSINET S.A and ALSTOM.

Package 3 is comprised of Lines 4,5 and 6. It has an estimated length of 12.9km for the underground and 58.7km for on grade and elevated viaducts with 25 no. of stations.

King Salman Park – Visitors Pavilion

Project Description

Visitors Pavilion at King Salman Park

One of the first developments in the masterplan for the vision of the KSP, the Visitors Pavilion will be sitting at the heart of the KSP site. Floating above the scheme and supported by diamond shaped concrete columns, a monolithic, in-situ, concrete roof 160x 100m, almost the size of a two football pitches, shades the courtyard and terraces.

The Headquarter Business Park Tower

This project located on the Jeddah Corniche currently the highest tower in Jeddah consists of the West Tower that consists of 56 floors rising 250m from the ground level and an East Tower consisting of 17 floors and a central podium consisting of 8 floors for parking space for a total built up area of 165,000m².

The building will be used as office space with state of the art smart systems pre-installed.

Restoration of Al Daho Quarter

Project Description

Historic Quarter of Al Daho in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within the approximately 6 hectares site, Located in the heart of Riyadh bounded by roads King Faisal street (east), Mohammad Ibrahim street (west), Thumeri street (north) and Tariq Ibn-Zaid street (south).

The Al Daho Quarter represents the largest remaining portion of the original walled city of Riyadh from the Second Saudi Period (1824-1880). The city during that period was a dense network of narrow streets formed by two-three story mud structures.

The principal objective of this project is to rebuild, restore and preserve the history and heritage of this period and provide a viable re-sue strategy for the land.
