This Business Park project in King Abdullah Economic City is considered to be one of the premier projects in the new economic city. The project comprises of five buildings rising above a two storey car park spread over the whole area. On top of the car park and surrounding the buildings lays nicely designed gardens that tie the whole project into one distinguished architectural unit.

FSA’s scope of work consists of the design and execution of structural, architectural and electromechanical works for a total built up area of 258,000 m2 in a record time not exceeding two years using different construction techniques such as prestressed concrete. The building is characterized by modern features that include modern material and high quality finishing. This project requires the flexibility and capability of adapting to different work requirements and various methods of execution that FSA has been displaying in the past 30 years.

Project Description

This project located on Tahlia Street with a total built up area of 11,000 m2 comprises of basement parking, ground floor for men and women banking and three upper levels for private services. The project features special construction for security measures usually used in banks, in addition to a suspended floor overlooking the front entrance carried on pre-stressed pre-cast beams spanning 28 m. The exterior façades are covered with special exposed aggregate pre-cast elements.

This ten storey high tech building houses the Central Communication and Data Processing for Saudi Arabian Airlines. This facility was built in 13 months and covers a total floor area of 17000 m2 and combines the use of re-inforced concrete structure for the first two stories and steel structure for the remaining eight stories. Phase one handing over of the main computers floor was achieved seven months earlier. All finishing material is of high standard in accordance with Leo A. Daly Specifications, which includes sophisticated electro-mechanical systems and special mail delivery system throughout the floors.

Design and Build of the Najdi Style mock-up using a mixture of Modern and Traditional Adobe Materials for the construction of four distinct systems around a central courtyard. Project Description

Historic Quarter of Al Daho in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within the approximately 6 hectares site, Located in the heart of Riyadh bounded by roads King Faisal street (east), Mohammad Ibrahim street (west), Thumeri street (north) and Tariq Ibn-Zaid street (south).

The Al Daho Quarter represents the largest remaining portion of the original walled city of Riyadh from the Second Saudi Period (1824-1880). The city during that period was a dense network of narrow streets formed by two-three story mud structures.

The principal objective of this project is to rebuild, restore and preserve the history and heritage of this period and provide a viable re-sue strategy for the land.

MISK Foundation Headquarters

Project consist of the Construction of the Main Headquarters for Misk Foundation at Misk City. The project area approx. 19,200 square meters, including 6,000 square meters of A-grade office space for the Misk Foundation Executive and general staff.
